Changed my goal...once again
I have recently found out that I have a large body frame… (I don’t like that.. The Weigh In
I know your body fluctuates at least 2lbs but I’m 3lbs down in 4 days and I don’t care if pounds fluctuate I lost 3lbs and I’m proud of that!!

Start to a bad day and ended good!
Today I dealt with a lot of weakness, just like everyday, I started out with a pancake, sausage and syrup.. (oh no.. here comes the guilt) I didn’t have anything for lunch, I’m sure thats not healthy either but I didn’t feel hungry because of breakfast. The Goal
I’ve given myself 56wks to lose 100lbs. That’s about 2lbs a week I can do that. I’m on week one started on Friday August 25. So we’ll see how I do. Wish me Luck
