Weight Loss Again
Hey! so I just started reading your blog and I'd like to say that you can do it!!! I as well am still in the 200lbs! but I actually started at 232lbs! around your weight!!! I'm not gunna lie to you, sometimes it gets hard....especially the first week! but after that! youll find that itll be easier as time passes by!!! so whatever you do! DONT GIVE UP! and if you have a bad day or bad meal, think of it as just a one day thing! continue the rest of the week eating healthy! and youll see that youll shed of the weight! especially since youll be working out three times a week!!! :D

Ahhh and I hear you about the whole C-section thing! I myself am not a mother, but I did have surgery for an ovarian cyst removal! so technically they opened me up as much as a c-section! and let me tell you! it sucked!...but you can still do it!!! so have faith and always stay positive!!!
